This screen capture shows the Customer Statistics Tab where the you can get information that will help you make a better decision regarding customer reliability and loyalty. There is also Graphs that illustrate how often each customer pays off his or her loan and if He or She pays on time or runs late. The information on each tab can be printed at any time by pressing the Control-P for "Print". If you would like to enter New Transaction for the Customer or Vendor currently on the Screen, you should press the "New Tran" button at the bottom right of the Screen. If you would like to look up another Customer or Vendor you should press the "Find" button. If you would like to Create a New Customer or Vendor you should press the "New" button at the bottom left of the Names Screen.
ID Info Tab
This screen capture shows the ID Informationl Tab where the Name, Address, and ID Information of each Customer or Vendor is stored. To change information you must press the "Edit" button on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. After the changes are complete, you must press the "Save" button to apply the changes to the database. You can also capture Images by pressing the "eImage" button and Signatures by pressing the "eSignature" button. The current information can be printed out by pressing the "Print" button. If you would like to enter new transaction for the name, press the "New Tran" button.
Additional Info Tab
This screen capture shows the Additional Info tab where Customer Spouse Information and Household Income are saved. Cash Advance Limits are calculated based upon the Household Income. You may set up a Pre-Approved Higher limit for the Customer if you feel good that the Customer will pay you on time. You may also set up a Transaction Lock-Outs if you want to prevent an employee from doing a certain type of transaction with this Customer. Any Store Credit that the Customer has available to spend in your store will be visible from this tab.

This screen capture shows the Notes Tab where you can make notes about a Customer or Vendor so that if you are not available then someone else in the store has the information they need to handle the Customer or Vendor properly. The Date, Time, and Employee that enters the note are automatically saved by the system. To Add a note simply press the Blue Plus Sign and then type in the relevant information into the Dialog Box that appears. Once you have all the information typed in you should hit the Save button to add the Note to the grid. If the Information is no longer needed you have the option to remove the note by selecting it from the grid and pressing the Red Minus Sign to remove it.
TeleTrack Online Interface
There is a TeleTrack Online Interface which allows you to Inquire about a Customer and Request Loan Approval for Payday Loans through TeleTrack using a merchant account. There is also an interface to Veritec (required by Alabama Law) which is accessible from the Transactions Screen and automates the process of getting the required Approval Codes. All requests are logged by Date, Time, and TransCode. To view the details, simply click on the request in the grid, and the response will be shown.
Transaction History Tab
This screen capture shows the Transactoin History Tab which is extremely useful. You can see every transaction that has been done with the selected Customer or Vendor from this tab. When you Select a Transaction from the Left side of the Tab, All Items that were on the Ticked are exposed in the Top Right Grid and any Payments applied toward that Ticked are exposed in the Bottom Right Grid. This allows you to easily see if any payments have been applied to the ticket and what Dates and Employees were involved with the Transaction in question.
This screen capture shows the Item Information screen where Items are entered for customers. Once the Item is entered you can use it in a Transaction for the customer. You may also save a picture of the item on the Details tab.
